Can't Change Rackspaces (Banks) with Arturia MK3 in Gig Performer 5"

I just installed Gig Performer 5 because I want to be able to play live with my MIDI controllers. I’m coming from using Ableton, but I’m having a really hard time trying to switch from Rackspace 1 to 3 or 5, etc.

I have an Arturia KeyLab MK3 61 and a Minilab, both with pads. I watched this video:

But here’s what’s happening:

When I press Control + M on my Arturia MK3 and tap the first pad (as shown in the video), it just says:
“Note on E1 (40) Velocity 10 Channel 10” and
“Note off E1 (40) Velocity 10 Channel 10”

But it doesn’t show anything about “Program Change” or the other options that appear for the guy in the video—only velocity shows up.

What could be the issue?

The issue is that your pads are configured to send Note messages and you need to configure them to send Program Change messages out.

I don’t have that keyboard but a quick query online results in the following instructions to reconfigure that keyboard
